PRODUCT WARRANTY
Unless otherwise confirmed in writing all products are inclusive of one year’s warranty. Such warranty is provided on the basis of products being carriage paid returned to LSI Projects or the actual manufacturer for inspection and repair. Where it is impractical to return products for repair such as installed Sound or Dimmer cabinets, LSI will provide an engineer or alternatively in extreme cases of malfunction, a manufacturers engineer to carry out on – site repairs.

MANUALS - INSTALLED SYSTEMS

LSI Projects when handing over a tested and commissioned fully operational system to the end user we also provide ‘As Fitted Manuals including as installed drawings’. These provide a record and details of where and how the systems have been installed should such information be required in future by the theatre staff or another party.

OUT OF WARRANTY – REPAIR SERVICE
Prior to any product repairs/servicing being arranged, customers are requested to first identify and detail (to the best of their knowledge) the product/system problems they have experienced. Given this information LSI will then provide a quotation to carry out the required service/repairs based on our 'Return, carriage paid to LSI for repair' policy

MAINTENANCE/SERVICE CONTRACTS
Regular maintenance contracts are seriously encouraged not only to ensure your venue & equipment continues to perform reliably throughout each and every performance but equally important to check and ensure all systems are safe and secure and meet the required Health & Safety standards required within entertainment venues.

It is with this in mind that LSI offers our customers the option of having an agreed and planned ‘Maintenance/Service contract’ during and after the warranty period of the installed technical systems. Such contracts are normally for one annual maintenance visit; however service visits can be as frequent or infrequent as you the client requires.
